Modern Software

Thanks to the use of professional software, Idea Projekt can create comprehensive 3D building designs. This technique allows clients to have a precise visualization of the proposed object before its construction. The implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology brings significant benefits to investors: it reduces the time required for project development, facilitates the detection and elimination of potential problems and errors during the design phase rather than during construction, enables precise material quantities for cost estimates and procurement.

This technology sets a new standard for planning, design, operation, and building management. BIM technology also enables interdisciplinary collaboration in architecture, construction, and installations. 3D techniques are also used in calculations, allowing for more accurate analysis and contributing to material optimization and maintaining higher standards of structural safety.
